Karin Kinsey is a freelance travel writer and graphic designer living in the San Francisco Bay Area. For the past 10 years she has owned her own business and is the art director for an adventure travel magazine. She leads dolphin encounter trips to the Caribbean, and has also explored such places as Hawaii, Mexico and British Columbia in search of marine mammal life.
   In earlier years she taught in the Waldorf schools, both in Europe and in the United States. She continues to cultivate her passions for travel, the arts, dance and love of animals whenever she can.
