Karin trained in Swedish/Esalen Massge and Deep Tissue with re Source in Berkeley and the Diamond Light School of Massage in San Anselmo in Marin County. She also has experience with the Chinese system of acupressure points and meridians, essential oil therapy, and the hands-on healing art of Reiki. She brings to her bodywork an intuition and sensitivity that come from a lifelong fascination with metaphysics and the interrelationship of body, mind and psychic awareness, as well as a love of movement and dance. She believes "a body joyfully moving creates a home for a happy spirit. Pain in my body has always been a messenger for dis-ease or discomfort on another level of my being." |
